Half-Day Business Assessment Consultation – Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services
The half-day business assessment consultation includes:
- Up to 4 hours of consultation services.
- A comprehensive review of your business operations, strategies, challenges, and goals.
- Recommendations and insights on areas of improvement, growth opportunities, and potential solutions.
- A follow-up summary delivered via email within 3 business days.
2. Consultation Fee
The consultation fee is payable in advance and is non-refundable. The fee includes:
- All preparatory work done before the consultation.
- The half-day consultation session.
- A detailed report or follow-up summary after the session.
3. Booking and Scheduling
- Consultations must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Any changes made within this period may incur a 20% rescheduling fee.
- Canaudi.com reserves the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances, but will notify the client at the earliest possible opportunity.
4. Confidentiality
All information shared during the consultation will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s prior consent, except as required by law.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a productive session, the client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary business documents or information as requested prior to the consultation.
- Actively participate in the consultation process.
- Follow through with post-consultation recommendations and strategies, though implementation is the sole responsibility of the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
Canaudi.com provides business recommendations based on the information supplied by the client and industry best practices. The success of any business initiative or strategy is dependent on the client’s execution and external factors. Therefore, Canaudi.com is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred from the advice given during the consultation.
7. Intellectual Property
Any materials, documents, or reports created and provided during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Canaudi.com. These materials are provided for the client’s internal use only and may not be distributed, reproduced, or shared without written permission from Canaudi.com.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Canaudi.com operates.
