- AI Integration: Partner with our AI team to integrate machine learning and natural language processing (NLP) into content processes and stay updated on emerging AI trends.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Produce engaging content across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and optimizing for search engines.
- Collaborative Development: Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand and product strategies.
- Quality Assurance & Performance: Uphold content quality standards, utilize AI-driven tools for testing, and monitor metrics to refine content strategy.
Who You Are
- Experienced: 3+ years in content management, marketing, or communications, with a proven record of managing content that drives engagement.
- Skilled Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a creative thinker with innovative content ideas.
- Organized & Resourceful: Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance short-term tasks with long-term goals.
- AI-Savvy (Preferred): Proficient in AI tools for content optimization and analysis, with a working knowledge of NLP and SEO best practices.
Requirements
- Workspace & Tools: A reliable, high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
- Full-Time Availability: Able to work 40 hours weekly with 1-2 hours overlap as needed.
- Professional Skills: Strong knowledge of collaboration tools (e.g., Skype, Google, MS Office), with a typing speed of 35+ wpm.
