Experienced English & Arabic (EN/AR) Speaking B2B E-commerce Manager

We are seeking an English & Arabic speaking experienced B2B E-commerce Manager, for this above-average opportunity.

The ideal candidate is a TEAM player, comfortable with process-oriented systems, and with experience in sourcing products and services (complete procurement process) locally, regionally, or internationally, is resourceful and knows how to develop relations and establish accounts with suppliers (manufacturers, importers, brands etc…).

  • Can work from home or in a local co-working space without distractions
  • Own a computer with access to a high-speed Internet connection (verifiable 99% fast)
  • Speaks, reads, and writes Excellent English & Arabic & can communicate clearly
  • Are willing to learn new skills & can easily be trained on other tasks
  • Can work full-time (40 hours per week) and can type at least 35 wpm
  • Can use collaboration tools such as Skype, Google Tools, MS Office Tools, Web Search and other tools

The successful candidate will be part of a team and work independently as well, have strong interpersonal skills with good organizational skills.

* * * Main responsibilities * * *

You will be expected to perform a wide variety of duties including B2B sales management, client relations, resources management, creating and managing outgoing campaigns, and dealing with clients within our E-commerce agency sector. You are part of the nerve center of operations… some tasks you will cover:

  • Drive the success of the B2B strategy by proactively identifying new growth opportunities;
  • Be in the lead in creatively finding partners that are excited to brand and use our service. You will be the one responsible for outbound selling initiatives including prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach for potential customers.
  • Be the touch point from start to finish, including negotiations, approvals, pricing, logistics, productions and selling. This includes managing our partner’s needs.
  • Design target-oriented B2B campaigns that increase the success and awareness of our offers. You implement the learnings and repeat successful campaigns, (trade) events, or demos with our B2B targets.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Director in management.
  • Create data reports on B2B sales, including recommendations and insights.

  • 2-3 years of experience in managing and driving growth with a portfolio of B2B corporate clients.
  • Experience in developing and executing personalized marketing strategies, lead generation, and nurturing, with a data-led approach.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients through outward-bound selling strategies.
  • You naturally forge and sustain substantial, meaningful relationships with external stakeholders and fellow team members.
  • You have exquisite analytical skills, and you are experienced in creating and analyzing sales reports.
  • Basic comprehension or exposure to pricing, enabling the optimization of customer strategies.
  • You live either in the required city or a drivable proximity.
