Experienced Junior A.I. Developer

We are seeking an English-speaking experienced Jr. A.I. Developer, for this above-average opportunity.

The ideal candidate is a TEAM player, comfortable with process-oriented systems, a dynamic and versatile Junior AI Developer to join our growing team who will be instrumental in developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions. We are looking for a candidate with a solid foundation in machine learning, programming skills, and the ability to contribute to both front and back-end development using full-stack capabilities.

Can work from home or in a local co-working space without distractions
Own a computer with access to a high-speed Internet connection (verifiable 99% fast)
Speaks, reads, and writes Excellent English & can communicate clearly
Are willing to learn new skills & can easily be trained on other tasks
Can work full-time (40 hours per week) and can type at least 35 wpm
Can use collaboration tools such as Skype, Google Tools, MS Office Tools, Web Search and other tools

The successful candidate will be part of a team and work independently as well, have strong interpersonal skills with good organizational skills.

* * * Main responsibilities * * *

You will be expected to perform a wide variety of duties. You are part of the nerve center of operations… some tasks you will cover:

Data Processing and Analysis:
- Work with large datasets, utilizing full-stack capabilities for data cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis.
- Collaborate with data scientists to understand data requirements and specifications.
Model Training and Evaluation:
- Participate in the training and evaluation of machine learning models, demonstrating expertise in both front and back-end development.
- Fine-tune models based on performance feedback and validation results.
Full-Stack Development:
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for AI applications, demonstrating full-stack capabilities for both front and back-end development.
- Integrate no-code/low-code solutions into the development workflow when applicable.
Research and Stay Current:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in artificial intelligence, including emerging no-code/low-code tools and full-stack development methodologies.
- Research to explore new techniques and approaches to problem-solving.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

3+ yrs of experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and algorithms.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with popular machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Familiarity with data preprocessing and feature engineering techniques.
Knowledge of no-code/low-code tools for AI development.
Full-stack development capabilities for both front and back-end.

Preferred Skills:

Algorithm Development: collaborate on the design and development of machine learning algorithms.
Implement and optimize algorithms, showcasing proficiency in both front and back-end coding.
Resourcefulness, deep research skills, paying attention to detail
Proven time management skills, ability to multi-task, and balance short-term deadlines against long-term goals
Proven ability to work with multiple people in a persistent, tactful, and enthusiastic manner
